The Weybridge Group guarantees your development to be fit for the purpose for which it was designed.
If, during the warranty period, any part proves to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, then it will be replaced or repaired.
In some cases we rely on third party guarantees, such as in the supply of appliances. These manufacturers sometimes apply their guarantee period to the date of installation and not the date of completion. It is important, therefore, to complete and return manufacturers' warranty registration cards.
The design and installation of some parts of your property will have been provided by subcontractors. These have been carefully chosen only after they have given a commitment to honour their responsibilities to you, the customer. These extend to using high-quality components and meeting exacting standards of workmanship.
Should you need a fault rectified during the guarantee period, the most direct route for service is to make contact with these installers.
